Como retirar Ícone "Desconhecido"

Boa tarde,

Pessoal estou com um probleminha, eu trabalho numa empresa que utiliza o Zabbix, e nossa rede telecom é monitorada por ele mas hoje teve um item que apareceu o ícone de desconhecido, sei que não é um problema mas não lembro com retirar o erro para que fique o ícone normal.
